1) Booking confirmation
– To confirm a booking, a deposit of at least 50% is required. The balance must be paid at the beginning of a course or before the event of the dive trip.
– The deposit can be made either in cash, via PayPal (plus 5 % booking fee) or with a direct payment to our Thai account.
– The balance can be paid in cash (Thai Baht) or by credit card (Visa or Master Card).

2) Payment options
Payments can be made by cash, by PayPal or by credit card. At local ATMs you can withdraw up to 20’000 THB per purchase with EC-Card or credit card, maximum 50’000 THB per day.
Please note that PayPal and credit card payments require a surcharge of 5 %.

3) Provided Service
If full service has been provided, non-regarding if the guest takes advantage of it or not, Samui Diving Resort will charge the full price.

4) Cancellation
If the guest cancels until 5 pm the night before the booked activity, the full amount will be refunded.
If the guest cancels in the morning of the booked activity due to illness, a 2500 THB per person cancellation fee will be charged.
If the guest does not show up, there will be no refund.
In case a diving course can not be completed and re-scheduling is not possible the paid amount will be refunded depending on the completed course parts.
In case a dive tour had to be cancelled (due to weather conditions or other unexpected events), the full amount will be refunded.

5) Dive Destinations
Tour schedule is subject to change without any prior notice in accordance to weather conditions.
Samui Diving Resort can not be held responsible for sea conditions such as waves or visibility.

6) Equipment
In case of any loss, damage or misuse of rented scuba gear the guest holds full responsibility for any resulting costs such as repair or replacement.
